Antioquia
Todo está melo — everything is pleasant when in Antioquia.
With Medellin being its capital, Antioquia is a region we adore because of its altitude, climate, and fertile soils. In this haven, premium Arabica coffee beans are cultivated.
For over 180 years, the coffee artisans of Antioquia craft a liquid embodiment of the region's spirit. This coffee, with its fine, fresh, intensity has become an indispensable muse — entwining itself with Antioquia's emblematic culture.
La cultura, known as the Paisa culture, is woven from Spanish, mestizo, Afro-descendant, and indigenous threads of customs and traditions. The next time you explore Antioquia — whether you embark through Cunaluna coffee or in person — bask in its natural beauty of eternal Spring - like weather and culturally rich traditions.
Huila
Que lindo — A glimpse of what makes Huila beautiful.
Huila is nestled in the southwest region of Colombia, with its capital Neiva. The love we have for Huila is partly due to its high-altitude conditions, often exceeding 1,200 meters above sea level. This elevation is conducive to the slow and gradual ripening of coffee cherries. The extended maturation period enhances the complexity and depth of flavor in the coffee.
The traditions and customs of the region — including the vibrant indigenous culture — also add depth to the affinity we have for Huila.
Its name derives from the Paez language and means 'luminous mountain' — a testament to the radiance of its fauna and flora.
Huila is part of the Colombian Massif. — an ancestral land where the most important rivers are born and the páramos nourish the Cauca, Amazonas and Magdalena basins.
As the captivating Huila brew graces your lips, partake not only in the distinctive notes of its beans, but also in the numerous familias and comunidades whose hands are part of our coffee cultivation. As a final touch to your coffee enjoying experience, immerse yourself in the traditional rhythms of Sanjuanero, the Bambuco, and Rajaleña with each sip.
Nariño
Dar una vuelta — Take a walk in Nariño, where spirit and nature connect.
Nariño, a captivating department of Colombia, begins its story in the capital, Pasto. Nestled in the western expanse of the country, where borders converge with Ecuador, it exposes a landscape of contrasts — where the Pacific Coast, the Andes, and the Amazonian foothills converge.
This land holds a special fondness because of its extraordinary blend of high-altitude cultivation, volcanic soil, and a favorable climate. In these elements, Nariño is a perfect combination for the development of coffee — each bean bearing distinct and desirable flavor profiles that heighten the senses.
Above 1,800 meters, Nariño's coffee farms adorn the peaks — an ideal environment for coffee cherry ripening in the cradle of mountainous terrain. Volcanic soil, rich in minerals, lays the foundation, providing an optimal foundation for coffee plants to thrive.
Yet, it's more than the elements; it's also our appreciation for cultural fusion. Many in the Nariño community, express themselves with Quichua words, taking pride in being part of the Qhapaq Ñan — the sacred Andean road uniting hearts from Chile to Colombia.
Sip slowly, and let the rich and full-bodied coffee flavor profile of Nariño transport you through time, immersing yourself in its rich history.
